Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex infrastructure projects including tunnels, bridges, and building foundations
- Perform advanced structural analysis using BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D) and FEA software
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for multi-disciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Building Control Act and international engineering standards
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical challenges during construction phases
- Develop sustainable solutions incorporating green infrastructure and climate resilience measures
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer reviews of design documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with P.E. certification or equivalent professional accreditation
- Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure design and construction management
- Expertise in Singaporean building codes (BCA) and geotechnical analysis
- Proven track record leading projects valued above SGD 50 million
- Advanced proficiency in structural modeling software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS)
- Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks (LEED, BCA Green Mark)
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and client presentations
- Master's degree or specialization in structural/transportation engineering preferred
