Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of civil engineering projects from concept through to completion.
- Conduct detailed site surveys, feasibility studies, and structural analysis.
- Manage a team of junior engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Ensure all projects strictly adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, cost estimates, and project timelines.
- Collaborate closely with architects, urban planners, and stakeholders to optimize project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Chartered status (MICE or CEng) or equivalent professional registration.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in civil infrastructure design or construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.
- Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
