Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water systems
- Oversee site investigations, feasibility studies, and compliance with local/state regulations
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct quality assurance reviews
- Develop innovative solutions for sustainable urban development challenges
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (environmental, structural, transportation)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PE license required)
- 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and hydraulic modeling software
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of TxDOT standards and FEMA floodplain regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and client relationship management skills
- LEED AP certification preferred
