Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale civil infrastructure projects
- Perform detailed structural analysis using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with municipal agencies for permitting and compliance
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and training
- Conduct site inspections and ensure construction quality standards
- Develop sustainable engineering solutions for urban challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience
- PE license (Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Expertise in structural design and geotechnical analysis
- Proficiency in BIM/CIM modeling and construction documentation
- Proven track record of managing $10M+ infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and environmental regulations
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills
