Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage power systems for solar/wind energy conversion
- Lead PCB layout and schematic development for control systems
- Perform thermal and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) analysis
- Collaborate with firmware teams on embedded control algorithms
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews
- Ensure compliance with UL 1741 and IEEE 1547 standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering (required)
- 8+ years experience in power electronics design
- Proficiency in Altium Designer and MATLAB/Simulink
- Certification in Power Electronics (PE preferred)
- Experience with renewable energy systems integration
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification
- Expertise in SPICE simulation and hardware-in-loop testing
