Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water systems
- Perform complex structural analysis and hydraulic modeling using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and regulatory compliance across multi-disciplinary teams
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct quality assurance reviews for deliverables
- Develop sustainable design solutions incorporating green infrastructure principles
- Coordinate with municipal agencies for permitting and approvals
- Prepare detailed technical specifications and construction documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with PE license (Texas)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in transportation or water resources engineering
- Advanced proficiency in civil design software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Civil 3D, Revit)
- Strong knowledge of TxDOT and Harris County regulations
- Proven project management experience with $10M+ infrastructure projects
- LEED AP certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
