Responsibilities
- Design and oversee implementation of complex transportation and water systems
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and regulatory compliance
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including surveyors and construction managers
- Develop detailed engineering plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies
- Ensure adherence to federal/state/local engineering standards
- Present technical proposals to municipal authorities and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (PE license required)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in municipal infrastructure projects
- Expertise in hydraulic modeling and stormwater management
- Proven project management with $5M+ budgets
- Strong proficiency in BIM/CIM technologies
- Texas P.E. license and LEED AP certification preferred
- Excellent communication and client management skills
