Responsibilities
- Lead civil engineering design for transportation, water resources, and structural projects
- Develop detailed construction documents using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies for compliance
- Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and cost analysis
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure quality control throughout project lifecycle
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Stay current with industry standards, codes, and sustainable practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; PE license required
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in civil design
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and structural analysis software
- Proven track record with large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of Texas DOT and local municipal regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in project management and team leadership
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
