As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will oversee critical phases of the project lifecycle, from initial site analysis to final construction administration. We offer a platform for professionals to demonstrate their expertise while contributing to the built environment of tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and analysis of civil infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and site development.
- Conduct thorough site surveys, topographical surveys, and geotechnical analysis.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, construction documents, and specifications using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government agencies to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies during the construction phase.
- Review submittals and conduct quality control inspections on-site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering and construction management.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal construction codes and safety regulations (OSHA).
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
