Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of large-scale municipal and private infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project compliance.
- Manage technical reports, feasibility studies, and site development plans.
- Utilize advanced modeling software to conduct hydraulic, structural, and site analysis.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
- Review project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure profitability.
- Oversee construction administration and field inspections to ensure design adherence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Colorado (or ability to obtain by reciprocity).
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in land development or public infrastructure.
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and StormCAD.
- Strong understanding of local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing complex project workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing presentations.
