Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale civil infrastructure projects
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Conduct site assessments and geotechnical analyses
- Develop detailed construction documents and specifications
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and regulatory bodies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive civil engineering experience
- PE license in Texas (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and BIM software
- Strong knowledge of Texas DOT and municipal regulations
- Proven track record in complex infrastructure projects
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with stormwater management systems preferred
