Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale civil projects including MRT extensions, waterfront developments, and high-rise structures
- Conduct feasibility studies, structural analysis, and compliance audits using BIM and AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources while ensuring adherence to Singapore Building Authority regulations
- Coordinate with government agencies (BCA, LTA) and international stakeholders for permit approvals
- Implement sustainable engineering practices and green building certifications (BCA Green Mark Platinum)
- Mentor junior engineers and lead technical workshops on emerging construction technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Civil Engineering with P.E. certification or equivalent professional accreditation
- Minimum 10 years of experience in complex infrastructure projects, with 5+ years in senior roles
- Expertise in geotechnical analysis, structural design, and construction methodologies
- Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, and project management software (Primavera P6)
- Proven track record of delivering projects with value engineering exceeding $50M
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's regulatory framework and international standards (BSI, ISO)
- Certification in sustainable construction (LEED AP or BGA Green Mark Specialist)
