Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and water systems
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments using advanced geotechnical modeling
- Multidisciplinary coordination with architects, environmental scientists, and government agencies
- Ensure compliance with ASCE standards, FEMA regulations, and local municipal codes
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and professional development
- Develop innovative stormwater management solutions for urban resilience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and hydraulic modeling software
- Proven track record of managing $10M+ public works projects
- LEED AP certification or equivalent sustainability credentials
- Strong expertise in geotechnical analysis and construction phase services
