Responsibilities
- Design and oversee execution of complex civil infrastructure projects including high-rises, transportation networks, and public utilities
- Conduct feasibility studies and detailed technical analysis for structural systems and geotechnical conditions
- Lead BIM coordination across disciplines using Revit and Civil 3D platforms
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for concurrent projects
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Building Construction Authority (BCA) regulations and sustainability standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews for technical excellence
- Stakeholder management with government agencies, contractors, and clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale civil/structural projects in Singapore
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent from recognized institution
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit Structure, and Civil 3D
- Demonstrated experience with BIM implementation and clash detection workflows
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building codes, URA guidelines, and safety regulations
- Proven track record managing projects over SGD 50M value
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
