Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from conceptualization to commissioning
- Design and optimize structural systems using BIM technologies
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for large-scale developments
- Manage stakeholder communications including government agencies and contractors
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Building Control Act and sustainability standards
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with P.E. certification
- 8+ years of experience in infrastructure or building projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software
- Track record of managing projects exceeding SGD 50M
- Strong understanding of geotechnical and construction methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
