Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale civil infrastructure projects including MRT expansions, high-rise developments, and waterfront revitalization
- Perform advanced structural analysis using ETABS and SAP2000 for seismic resilience and load optimization
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation while ensuring compliance with Singapore's BCDA and BCA standards
- Develop sustainable drainage systems and green infrastructure solutions for climate resilience
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with MEP, geotechnical, and landscape consultants
- Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot complex construction challenges in real-time
- Prepare detailed technical documentation including tender drawings, specifications, and progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Singapore's construction industry with 3+ years in senior roles
- Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent Singapore registration (PE Board)
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit Structure, and BIM 360 platforms
- Deep knowledge of Singapore's building codes (BCA), Land Transport Authority (LTA) guidelines, and PUB requirements
- Proven track record in managing projects over SGD 50M with successful delivery records
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or PRINCE2 preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in geotechnical analysis and structural dynamics
