In this role, you will lead a team of engineers, manage complex projects from conception to completion, and ensure our designs meet the highest safety and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and supervision of civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and water systems.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and geotechnical analyses to ensure project integrity.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and present project proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with architects, urban planners, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license in California.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools (Primavera, Bluebeam).
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
