Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and utilities
- Perform advanced structural analysis using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS)
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies for new developments
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and international standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Coordinate with government authorities and stakeholders for approvals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification
- Proficiency in BIM/CIM modeling and construction management software
- Deep understanding of geotechnical and structural engineering principles
- Proven track record of managing multi-million AED projects
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency highly valued
- Experience with UAE Municipality regulations mandatory
