Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and water treatment facilities
- Perform structural analysis and feasibility studies using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro)
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with Singaporean building codes (BCA) and international standards
- Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot technical challenges during construction phases
- Mentor junior engineers and foster collaborative innovation within the team
- Develop sustainable design solutions optimizing material efficiency and environmental impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure project delivery
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent international qualification
- Expertise in structural analysis software and BIM technologies
- Proven track record managing projects valued at $50M+
- Strong understanding of Singaporean construction regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English
- Master's degree or specialization in structural/geotechnical engineering preferred
