Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and municipal systems
- Perform advanced structural analysis using industry-standard software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit)
- Oversee construction phases with rigorous quality control and site supervision
- Develop cost-effective solutions while ensuring compliance with FEMA and TxDOT regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews of project deliverables
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications throughout project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with PE license (required)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in transportation or structural design
- Expertise in hydraulic modeling (HEC-RAS) and geotechnical analysis
- Proven track record of managing $10M+ infrastructure projects
- Advanced proficiency in BIM/CIM technologies and digital project delivery
- Strong leadership skills with experience directing multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with LEED and sustainable infrastructure practices
