Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and MRT systems
- Perform advanced structural analysis using BIM software (Revit/AutoCAD Civil 3D)
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for 10+ concurrent projects
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with Singapore's Building Authority regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews of design deliverables
- Collaborate with government agencies (LTA, URA) and private stakeholders
- Implement sustainable engineering practices and green building standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale civil infrastructure projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent from Singapore or home country
- Expert proficiency in structural analysis software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS)
- Deep knowledge of Singapore's Building Code and infrastructure regulations
- Proven track record of managing projects valued over $50M SGD
- Strong leadership skills with experience in cross-functional team management
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
