Responsibilities
- Lead design and construction oversight of large-scale civil infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water treatment facilities
- Perform advanced hydraulic modeling and structural analysis using Auto Civil 3D and Revit
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications with municipal agencies
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including environmental specialists
- Ensure compliance with TxDOT, FEMA, and local building codes
- Develop innovative sustainability solutions for green infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and hydraulic modeling software
- Demonstrated success managing complex municipal infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of TxDOT standards and local permitting processes
- LEED AP certification or equivalent sustainability credentials
