Responsibilities
- Oversee design, planning, and execution of large-scale civil engineering projects including MRT extensions, waterfront developments, and sustainable urban infrastructure
- Lead project teams from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to Singapore Building Authority (BCA) regulations and international standards
- Conduct structural analysis and feasibility studies for complex geotechnical challenges in Singapore's unique soil conditions
- Manage stakeholder relationships including government agencies, contractors, and multinational developers
- Implement BIM technologies and digital engineering workflows to enhance project delivery efficiency
- Mentor junior engineers and foster continuous innovation in sustainable construction methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field with P.Eng. certification
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Singapore's construction sector with 3+ years in senior roles
- Proven expertise in large-scale infrastructure projects valued at S$50M+
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS) and BIM tools (Revit, Civil 3D)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building codes, URA guidelines, and green mark standards
- Chartered Engineer status (ICE, IStructE) or equivalent professional accreditation
- Exceptional project management skills with track record of delivering complex projects on schedule
