Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including MRT expansions and coastal protection systems
- Conduct advanced structural analysis using BIM software (Revit, Civil 3D) for compliance with Singapore Building Authority standards
- Manage cross-functional teams and contractors while ensuring adherence to NParks and PUB regulations
- Develop sustainable solutions integrating green infrastructure and climate resilience frameworks
- Prepare technical documentation for LTA and URA approvals
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct site inspections for quality assurance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with P.E. or equivalent Singapore certification
- 8+ years of experience in infrastructure development with 3+ years in Singapore
- Expertise in structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and water resource management
- Proficiency in Singapore's Code of Practice for Structural Use of Concrete (CP65)
- Proven project delivery exceeding $50M SGD value
- Strong knowledge of BCA Green Mark requirements and PUB water conservation standards
- LEED AP or equivalent sustainability credential preferred
