Responsibilities
- Design and oversee complex infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and water systems
- Perform advanced structural analysis using industry-leading software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit)
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects within budget and regulatory compliance
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental protocols
- Develop technical specifications and cost estimates for municipal and private sector clients
- Mentor junior engineers while fostering innovation in sustainable construction practices
- Coordinate with government agencies for permitting and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive civil engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Proficiency in BIM/CIM modeling and geospatial technologies
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects
- Expertise in TxDOT and FEMA compliance standards
- Strong analytical skills with ability to solve complex engineering challenges
- LEED AP certification or equivalent sustainability credentials
