Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects including MRT extensions, waterfront developments, and sustainable urban drainage systems
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams while ensuring strict adherence to Singapore Building Authority (BCA) regulations and international standards
- Develop innovative structural solutions using BIM/CIM technologies and parametric design tools
- Manage project lifecycles from feasibility studies through to commissioning with zero-compromise on safety and quality
- Conduct advanced geotechnical analysis and hydrological modeling for resilient infrastructure planning
- Forge strategic partnerships with government agencies and multinational contractors
- Drive sustainable engineering practices targeting Green Mark Platinum certification
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with PE certification; Master's or PhD preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Singaporean infrastructure projects
- Expertise in MRT construction, land reclamation, and deep basement excavation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit Structure, and advanced geotechnical software
- Proven track record of managing projects exceeding S$500M in value
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's tendering processes and regulatory frameworks
- Chartered Engineer status with Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES)
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience mentoring cross-cultural teams
