Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including transportation networks and water resource systems
- Perform advanced structural analysis and hydraulic modeling using industry-standard software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit)
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and regulatory compliance across multidisciplinary teams
- Develop innovative sustainable solutions for green infrastructure and stormwater management
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer reviews for design quality assurance
- Coordinate with municipal authorities and stakeholders for permitting and approvals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design
- PE license in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and hydraulic modeling software
- Demonstrated success leading projects exceeding $10M in value
- Strong knowledge of TCEQ and local municipal regulations
- LEED AP or similar sustainability certification highly desirable
