Responsibilities
- Design and oversee complex infrastructure projects including bridges, tunnels, and water treatment facilities
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with Singapore's stringent building codes
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation using Primavera P6
- Prepare technical specifications, tender documents, and contract administration
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on LEED-certified sustainable designs
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Research and implement innovative construction methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure development
- Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent Singapore registration
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and BIM modeling
- Proven track record in managing projects valued at S$50M+
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical analysis and structural design principles
- Certification in project management (PMP) preferred
- Fluency in English with excellent report writing skills
