Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex infrastructure projects including MRT expansions, coastal protection systems, and smart city initiatives
- Perform advanced structural analysis using BIM software (Revit, Civil 3D) to optimize material efficiency and sustainability
- Manage multidisciplinary teams of engineers and contractors ensuring adherence to Singapore's stringent BCDA and PUB standards
- Develop innovative solutions for geotechnical challenges in Singapore's unique soil conditions
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality control while maintaining compliance with MOM regulations
- Mentor junior engineers through our technical development program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with P.Eng certification (Singapore)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Expertise in geotechnical analysis and structural design for tropical climates
- Proficiency in BIM modeling and construction simulation software
- Proven track record managing projects exceeding S$50M value
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's Building Control Act and PUB guidelines
- Professional membership in The Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES)
