Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including MRT extensions, coastal defenses, and smart city developments
- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with Singapore's Building Construction Authority (BCA) standards and sustainability requirements
- Conduct structural analysis using advanced software (Revit, Civil 3D) and optimize material efficiency
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams of architects, environmental consultants, and contractors
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and risk management frameworks for complex civil works
- Drive innovation in green infrastructure solutions and BIM implementation
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering with 5+ years in senior roles
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration with Singapore's Professional Engineers Board
- Expertise in geotechnical analysis, structural design, and construction methodologies
- Proven track record on Singaporean infrastructure projects valued at $50M+
- Advanced proficiency in BIM tools and Singapore's BCA Green Mark standards
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
