Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including transportation networks and water systems
- Perform advanced structural analysis using industry-standard software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit)
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local engineering regulations and sustainability standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct quality assurance reviews of technical deliverables
- Coordinate with government agencies and contractors during permitting and construction phases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Expert proficiency in BIM/CIM modeling and geospatial technologies
- Proven track record of managing projects exceeding $10M value
- LEED AP certification or equivalent sustainability credentials
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in structural mechanics and hydraulics
