Responsibilities
- Lead design, analysis, and delivery of complex civil infrastructure projects including MRT extensions, coastal protection systems, and smart city developments
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of architects, environmental specialists, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop innovative solutions using BIM, finite element analysis, and sustainable construction methodologies
- Conduct site investigations, geotechnical assessments, and feasibility studies for large-scale developments
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Building Construction Authority (BCA) regulations and international engineering standards
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in project delivery frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field with minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent international qualification
- Proven expertise in structural design, geotechnical engineering, and infrastructure project management
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS)
- Strong understanding of Singapore's land transport authority (LTA) guidelines and environmental regulations
- Experience with public-private partnership (PPP) infrastructure projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
