Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of complex infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and drainage systems
- Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for new developments
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, environmental consultants, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Building Control Act and infrastructure regulations
- Develop detailed construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Implement sustainable design principles and green infrastructure solutions
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control procedures
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in civil infrastructure design and project delivery
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent international certification
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit Structure, and BIM modeling
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's infrastructure standards and building codes
- Proven track record managing projects valued at $10M+
- Experience with geotechnical analysis and structural design software
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
