Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and municipal systems
- Perform advanced structural analysis using industry-standard software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit)
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with contractors, architects, and government agencies
- Ensure compliance with FEMA, TxDOT, and international building codes
- Develop innovative sustainable solutions for urban resilience and environmental protection
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality control protocols
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (MS preferred) from ABET-accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design and project management
- PE license (Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Expert proficiency in BIM/CIM modeling and construction management software
- Proven track record of delivering multimillion-dollar projects on schedule
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical analysis and hydraulic modeling
- Certification in LEED or Envision sustainable infrastructure preferred
