Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale transportation, water resources, and structural projects
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and compliance with local/state regulations
- Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments
- Mentor junior engineers and foster collaborative team environments
- Develop sustainable design solutions using BIM and advanced modeling tools
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and construction documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PE license required)
- 8+ years of experience in infrastructure project delivery
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and hydraulic modeling software
- Expertise in TxDOT/FHWA standards and permitting processes
