Responsibilities
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and utility systems.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D to produce detailed technical drawings and construction documentation.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks.
- Prepare and present technical proposals and feasibility studies to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure all engineering designs adhere to local, state, and federal building codes and environmental regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the project team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in urban development or infrastructure.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.
- Strong understanding of structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and hydraulic design.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
