Responsibilities
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of large-scale civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and water systems.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and quality control assessments to ensure compliance with local and federal codes.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, coordinating with subcontractors, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Develop and present project proposals and feasibility studies to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Ensure all engineering solutions adhere to sustainability goals and environmental regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the project team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) from an accredited university.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in civil infrastructure design and project management.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and MS Project.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and construction regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical data clearly.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
