Responsibilities
- Design and oversee implementation of complex transportation and structural systems using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit
- Lead site development projects from concept through construction phase
- Coordinate with municipal agencies for permitting and compliance with TCEQ standards
- Perform hydraulic modeling for flood mitigation and drainage infrastructure
- Manage project budgets and schedules using Primavera P6
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Conduct field inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in civil infrastructure design
- PE license in Texas (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Expertise in roadway design, hydrologic analysis, and structural systems
- Proficiency with GIS software and BIM modeling tools
- Demonstrated project management experience with budgets over $5M
- Strong knowledge of ADA, AASHTO, and local building codes
- LEED AP certification highly desirable
