Responsibilities
- Lead Infrastructure Projects: Oversee the full lifecycle of civil engineering projects, including planning, design, and construction supervision.
- Design & Analysis: Develop detailed structural designs, calculations, and technical drawings using industry-standard software.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs meet local, state, and federal building codes and safety regulations.
- Site Management: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with architects, municipal planners, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Technical Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports, cost estimates, and feasibility studies for senior management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in civil or structural engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction materials, geotechnical engineering, and environmental considerations.
