Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive case management plans for at-risk families
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and risk evaluations
- Coordinate multi-agency interventions with schools, healthcare providers, and law enforcement
- Provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed counseling services
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
- Mentor junior staff and supervise interns in field placements
- Analyze community needs to inform program development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from CSWE-accredited program
- Minimum 5 years experience in child welfare or family services
- Licensure as LICSW or equivalent in Washington State
- Expertise in trauma-informed care and cultural competency
- Strong crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with case management software (e.g., Cerner, Epic)
- Valid Washington State driver's license
