Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of child safety, family dynamics, and risk factors
- Develop and implement individualized service plans with measurable outcomes
- Provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed counseling to children and families
- Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and legal systems to ensure holistic support
- Maintain detailed case documentation while adhering to state and federal regulations
- Mentor junior staff and lead community outreach initiatives
- Analyze data to improve program effectiveness and service delivery models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of child welfare experience with vulnerable populations
- Active Washington State Licensure (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
- Certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
- Expertise in family systems theory and cultural competency practices
- Strong analytical skills for complex case reviews and documentation
- Excellent communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration
- Valid Washington State driver's license and reliable transportation
