Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized service plans for at-risk children and families
- Facilitate therapeutic interventions, crisis management, and reunification services using evidence-based models
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including schools, courts, and healthcare providers
- Advocate for policy improvements and resource allocation within child welfare systems
- Maintain meticulous documentation and compliance with state/federal regulations
- Provide mentorship to junior staff and lead community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required
- Licensure as LICSW or LMHC in Washington State
- Minimum 5 years of child welfare experience with high-risk populations
- Expertise in trauma-informed care and family systems theory
- Advanced knowledge of Washington state child welfare policies
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Proven ability to navigate complex bureaucratic systems
