Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized service plans for youth and families in crisis.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and home visits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with schools, healthcare providers, and legal entities to advocate for client needs.
- Maintain precise, confidential case records in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Facilitate crisis intervention strategies to de-escalate volatile situations effectively.
- Provide mentorship and clinical guidance to junior caseworkers and interns.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review case progress and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Masterās degree in Social Work (MSW), Psychology, or a related behavioral science field.
- Current Washington State Licensure (LSW, LICSW, or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in direct social service or family welfare.
- In-depth knowledge of local social services, community resources, and legal child welfare protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse populations.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads with precision and cultural sensitivity.
- Valid driverās license and reliable transportation for community-based work.
