Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive, family-centered treatment plans for high-risk youth.
- Conduct regular home visits and monitor client safety, progress, and well-being.
- Coordinate with school districts, mental health providers, and legal entities to ensure integrated care.
- Maintain precise, high-quality clinical documentation in accordance with state and agency standards.
- Lead crisis intervention efforts and provide immediate support during emergency situations.
- Advocate for client resources, including housing, food assistance, and educational support.
- Facilitate weekly support groups for adolescents navigating transitional challenges.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Psychology, or a related behavioral science field.
- Valid LCSW or LICSW licensure in the State of Washington is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in direct social work or youth advocacy.
- Deep understanding of trauma-informed care and systemic family therapy models.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Proficiency in case management software and digital record-keeping systems.
- Clean driving record and reliable personal vehicle for community-based work.
