Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized service plans for high-risk families and individuals.
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and barriers.
- Coordinate with local healthcare providers, legal aid, and housing authorities to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide crisis intervention and short-term counseling to de-escalate volatile situations.
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records and ensure compliance with state reporting mandates.
- Lead case conferences to facilitate collaborative problem-solving among support staff.
- Advocate for client rights during multi-agency meetings and administrative hearings.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, or a related behavioral science field.
- Current LICSW or LMHC licensure in the state of Washington required.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in child welfare, mental health, or community social services.
- Strong proficiency in trauma-informed care modalities and intervention strategies.
- Proven ability to manage high-caseload environments with exceptional organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community-based visits.
- Demonstrated commitment to cultural competency and social equity.
