Responsibilities
- Direct complex case management for diverse urban populations, ensuring holistic support and strategic resource allocation.
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to develop and monitor personalized intervention plans.
- Lead rapid-response crisis intervention efforts and provide immediate stabilization counseling during high-stress situations.
- Cultivate and manage partnerships with local government agencies and NGOs to expand the community support network.
- Oversee rigorous clinical documentation and regulatory compliance in accordance with Illinois state standards.
- Mentor and supervise junior social workers and interns, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and professional development.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related human services field from an accredited institution.
- Active LCSW or LSW licensure in the State of Illinois is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in direct case management or community social work.
- Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed care and restorative justice frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Superior interpersonal communication skills for multi-agency collaboration and client advocacy.
