Responsibilities
- Outbound Strategy: Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to generate qualified leads.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospect needs and qualify inbound leads to ensure they align with our ideal customer profile (ICP).
- Client Engagement: Build rapport with decision-makers, schedule high-intent meetings for the sales team, and conduct product demos.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, tracking all interactions and pipeline progression.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our sales approach and messaging.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Sales Directors to align on messaging and optimize conversion funnels.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, preferably within the SaaS or Fintech industry.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft).
- Resilience: High level of resilience and grit; ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
