Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a comprehensive outbound market-penetration strategy to acquire enterprise-level accounts.
  • Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders to create predictable, scalable referral channels.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, high-impact cold outreach, and product demonstrations to complex contract negotiations and closing.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to align messaging with shifting market demands and feedback from the field.
  • Lead executive-level presentations (C-suite and VP level) articulating the deep financial and operational value of our SaaS solutions.
  • Track, analyze, and report on pipeline metrics, forecasting accuracy, and strategic KPIs to the executive leadership team.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS Business Development, enterprise sales, or strategic account management.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding $1.5M+ annual quotas in enterprise software sales.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and consultative negotiation skills with a deep understanding of corporate procurement processes.
  • Strong proficiency with modern CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and outbound sales enablement tech stacks (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo).
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and analytical with a passion for working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
