Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
- Lead negotiations and close complex deals to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Present quarterly business reviews to senior leadership, demonstrating progress against KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B business development or sales, preferably in the technology or SaaS sector.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, including consultative selling and SPIN selling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
