Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify high-value leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social selling.
- Conduct high-level presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients to showcase our value proposition.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on sales pipeline activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the B2B sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred).
